interACTionZ in partnership with Orlando Repertory Theatre is an all-inclusive youth theatre program. Focusing on Theatre for Social Change techniques, youth creatively explore personal stories while devising new and original work.
This grant funded program can provide 1 to 5 day in-school residencies at no cost to teachers addressing topics including bullying, social justice, LGBTQ+, identity, and youth advocacy while also addressing Next Generation Sunshine State Standards. Programming for youth is provided through community partnerships including Theatre UCF, Zebra CoalitionĀ®, and more.

interACTionZ In-School Residences
In the spring of 2015, students at Freedom High School and Lake Nona High School engaged in a Theatre for Social Change residency with interACTionZ. Over the course of 5 weeks, the two schools participated in unique devising processes which included generating personal stories, interviewing members of their school community, and writing/staging.
